Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support at support@froxica.com or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your return.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of COD orders, we may issue a refund through UPI or bank transfer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before the item is shipped (whichever is earlier). To cancel an order, please email or WhatsApp us immediately.
